I pride myself on providing a very individualized approach to treatment. Every person is different and their treatment needs are unique. The science and art of psychological therapy is based on the ability to identify the particular aspects of a person that need adjustment or repair; to help these to be seen and to take suitable action. The actions taken might be in the realm of self-understanding, lifestyle changes, relationship changes, or psychopharmacologic adjustments. Through experience I have found that combining psychotherapy and pharmacologic treatment in a meaningful and skillful way may be an important path toward therapeutic success.
